Care of car was great. Charging 3% to use my credit card is insane! Other dealerships do not charge 3% More

We had to bring the car back after the problems were not addressed the first time. We had a bad sensor and their solution was to disable it rather than fix it. The squeaking noise was not addressed at all, More

Stephen I apologize for your inconvenience in having to return for an issue that should have been caught the first visit. Sadly human error was the issue with not finding all that I found on the last visit that corrected the issues. Sadly sometimes techs are in a hurry and miss things or they are just no looking with the same opinion of what things need to be replaced to ensure a proper repair to try saving customers some money, but even with good intentions, in fact cause repeat visits and a huge inconvenience for customers. We are constantly training with GM to eliminate these type issues, but sometimes the ball just gets dropped as in this case. There is really no excuse and I understand your frustration. I am willing to work with you to make up for your inconvenience if you will be so kind as to allow us another chance to win back your trust. Thanks for taking time to leave this review. Diagnostics for the check engine light being on start at $200 and if the job recommended to repair the issue is done that fee is included.
