Over Charge Keep far from this place. I bought an 2013 A6 car from this place and I got xxxx on the deal they I trade in my 2009 A4 and was told I'm getting $8000 Keep far from this place. I bought an 2013 A6 car from this place and I got xxxx on the deal they I trade in my 2009 A4 and was told I'm getting $8000 for my trade in and after I got home and carefully look over my paperwork I see they only give me $7000 for my trade instead of the $8000 they told me and it don't stop there, I transfer my plate and that is a $65 charge to do so and they charge me $100 I call my sale guy name Edward and told him about it and he said he going have the manger call and I never receive a call I'm filling a complaint with the BBB More

I dreaded enterin I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Nazario and William Laupus this weekend when I was looking for a replacement for my BMW X5. I dreaded entering the dealership because my past experiences of working with car salesmen were not positive, but to my surprise and pleasure I was introduced to Ryan and the experience was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my time. I leased an Audi Q7, and the entire experience was actually enjoyable! We also worked with William Laupus, the general sales manager and Jeff Eagle in finance and as a team they without a doubt made this the best car leasing experience I have ever had. I not only recommend the dealership, but highly recommend requesting Ryan as a salesman. He patiently explained everything about my car and continues to contact me to see if there is anything else he can help me with. Amazing dealership! More
A professional atmosphere, real people !! I had a 2014 Audi with a lease coming due in a few months. So I stopped by to see what my options were and to get an idea of terms, costs, etc. Met I had a 2014 Audi with a lease coming due in a few months. So I stopped by to see what my options were and to get an idea of terms, costs, etc. Met a nice young, eager sales person who was helpful and then was introduced to the general manager who cut through all of the ceremonial dancing around. We agreed that I would give him a few hours to work up his one and only best deal. I called back later in the day, and I'LL BE DAMNED !!!!!, it was better than I expected. Well, I returned later in the day to close the deal. Let me add that the 2014 Audi was a lease and the deal included taking the car off of my hands with no cost to me. I went to other Audi dealer the past week and there was a sizeable difference in the financials. I am sure they are not losing money on me but I am also sure I a very attractive lease from Atlantic Audi. I was treated the way a customer wants to be treated when buying/leasing a premium auto !!!!!!! More

I had a bit of a financial challenge going in (not great credit and negative equity on car loan) but the salesmen were extremely understanding. I felt comfortable the whole time we worked on "the deal" for my new Audi... They were not pushy whatsoever and everything was very transparent. Although I did not get the exact car I originally wanted, I got a car/loan that made the most sense for my situation... I absolutely could not be happier! The finance and general manager are extremely competent and experienced. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! I will definitely be going back in years to come. More

From the day I spoke to Will he assured me that everything will go ok ( and i wouldn't be wasting my time). And of course he kept his word, and exceeded my expectation. Unskilled mechanics, poor customer service & quality control This dealership lacks the professionalism and skilled staff to be a quality certified Audi dealership. The mechanics clearly do not how to troublesho This dealership lacks the professionalism and skilled staff to be a quality certified Audi dealership. The mechanics clearly do not how to troubleshoot...they use a method called shot gunning, they replace components until they fix it at the customers expense. Better yet they say the vehicle is repaired and when the customer returns to pick it up the problems still exist. Where is the quality control??? While I served in the army repairing avionics on helicopters if I delivered the type of service Atlantic Audi has delivered to me lives would of been lost. The level of professionalism, customer service and quality control is unacceptable to represent a luxury line of vehicles. Below is what has occurred to date: On July 31, 2015 I brought my 2008 Audi Q7 to Atlantic Audi of West Islip for repair services. My Vehicle had the following issues: The MMI screen is blank and not functioning, Water was leaking into the vehicle in the front interior foot area and rear interior. After the Audi certified mechanics performed troubleshooting they informed me that they found water in multiple control modules. They recommended finding the water leak as a starting point and replacing the control modules. They replaced the amplifier module, satellite radio module, radio module, parking assist control module, rear left & right parking sensors, rear drain tubes left & right and installed drain/hose repair kits for front drains. This repair was a cost of $6921.88. On August 31st, 2015 I was notified the repair was complete and the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Within a few days we had a heavy rain and the vehicle was still leaking water in the driver’s side front foot area. I returned the vehicle to Atlantic Audi on September 14th, 2015. Audi then informed me that they need to replace the 2 side seals in the center glass. They performed this repair at a cost of $877.49. On November 13th, 2015 I returned the vehicle to Atlantic Audi due to the MMI not functioning (Not turning on, Turning off intermittently), After 20 minutes of listening to the radio when it does work; the radio shuts off and a loud buzzing noise is heard and the AM radio is not working. Audi advised that the aerial roof antenna and another control module needs to be replaced. This repair was at a cost of $2426.08. On December 28th, 2015 I was informed the vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. I picked up the vehicle and immediately tested all functionality while still in the parking lot. I immediately returned back to the service desk and informed them that the AM radio is still not functional and I cannot accept the vehicle. The service advisor took the vehicle to the shop for further diagnostics while I waited. About 15 minutes later I was informed the vehicle still has issues and would need to be dropped off again. I was not happy when they informed me that they did not have a loaner vehicle for me, so I would need to leave with my vehicle and return the following Friday. While driving home the passenger windshield wiper breaks off the vehicle and the following day after it rained there is water still in the driver’s front foot area. I have contacted the service manager Elliot Lamboy at Audi several times to have them immediately pick up my vehicle so they can resolve these issues but they are refusing to send someone with a loaner to pick up my vehicle. So far I have spent $9,435.45 on repairs to this vehicle which are clearly not resolving the issues. Monday January 4, 2016 contacted Audi USA, emailed all documentation and have been in constant contact with my insurance company. On January 8th I dropped the vehicle back off at Atlantic Audi of West Islip to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the non-functioning radio, water in the foot well and broken passenger windshield wiper arm. On February 12th I received a phone call from Peter stating that the vehicle repairs were complete and the vehicle is ready to be picked up. I went to the dealer on February 13th to pick up the vehicle. When inspecting the vehicle I immediately noticed that the vehicle had been in a collision. The driver front wheel well was damaged and the vehicle would not start. I left the vehicle and returned home in a loaner vehicle. On Monday February 15th I received a phone call from Peter apologizing and that Atlantic Audi will repair the collision damage. Two weeks later on February 25th I received a call from Peter stating that the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. On February 26th I returned to Atlantic Audi to pick up my vehicle. Once again I inspected the vehicle and now one of the interior panels would not snap into place, interior panel are all full of grease and the rear windshield wiper was damaged. Peter sent the vehicle to the shop to be repaired while I waited. 30 minutes later the vehicle was returned to me and I left the dealership. The dealership gave me the vehicle with an empty tank so I proceeded to the nearest gas station. While in route the tire pressure alarm went off. After filling my vehicle with gas I proceeded to inflate my tires to the appropriate tire pressures. What I found was that all my tires pressures were between 20 & 30 psi, where the recommended tire pressure on the vehicle is 44psi for the front tires and 49psi for the rear tires. They completely ignored this tire pressure alarm and returned the vehicle to me. While filling my vehicle to the appropriate tire pressure the radio stops and the loud pitch buzzing noise returned. I immediately returned back to the dealership so that the service manager Elliot Lamboy can hear the buzzing noise. He confirmed the noise and did not have an explanation, nor did his maintenance dept. He then advised me that I cannot leave the vehicle because they did not have a loaner for me to use, which I can’t understand because the loaner that I was previously in was outside. So as of right now I returned home with my unrepaired vehicle waiting for Elliot the service manager to contact me for further advisement. February 28th after two days of not using the vehicle I proceeded to utilize the vehicle only to find out that the vehicle does not start. The vehicle will not turn over; all I hear is a clicking noise. Contacted Audi USA and The Hartford to advise. February 29th received a phone call from service manager Elliot and he advised that he will not pick up the vehicle and drop off a loaner. He stated that he currently does not have the staff to investigate and troubleshoot my vehicle. So now my wife does not have a vehicle to use and the vehicle is dead in my driveway… More
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I want to start off by saying that I absolutely love driving my Audi Q5. There sales reps don't even know the ABC's of the sales process and lack the basic principles starting with The customer experience. Phil obviously didn't know the difference between premium and premium plus package or maybe didn't care about doing the research on the car before selling it to me. I was upgrading from my 2014 to a 2016. When I got the car it had none of the features promised and worst than my 2014 and had over 6000 miles on it which was not disclosed at point of sale. I will say that the sales manager rashawn tried hard to fix the issue but his general manager clearly didn't care about keeping a customer and fixing the mistakes of his poor sales staff. I will never shop here again. Horrible service. Do not buy a car here. Rashawn was very helpful he tried to fix the problem unfortunately he is under poor leadership and his General Manager Tabiti wouldn't allow him to do the right thing and keep a loyal Audi customer!
