I was looking to buy a new car and wanted top go up to a Mercedes, BMW, Audi or Lexus. After going to all of the local dealerships, Ms. Hudson was by far the most knowledgeable and attentive of all of them. Mercedes, BMW, Audi or Lexus. She truly knew things about all of the cars that I was looking at and gave me honest pros and cons about all of them. Most of the other sales reps would call me but never answered my questions. They would act like I had to buy what they had and not what I wanted. And Bill Morrison worked hard at getting me a loan at the best rate that was available. I know it was the best rate because I looked around for rates before buying the car. I am very happy with my new Audi and I have the people at Atlantic Audi to thank for that. More

I saw an Audi TT online and called. I was told some one would contact me the next day, no one did. that evening I called back and spoke to a sales person. I asked her about the condition of the car told he would contact me the next day, no one did. that evening I called back and spoke to a sales person. I asked her about the condition of the car told her I had financing already in place and was willing to drive up to see it. She said she would look at the car and call me back...never did. I called back again and after being put on hold she came back and told me she would have to call me back as there was a customer walking into the showroom (I thought that's what I was). Never got a call back. Called the next day (I really was interested in the car), spoke to the sales manager who assured me I would get a call back...never did. I then found another TT at Volkswagen/Audi of Newton NJ. Bill Pacilli answered the phone and was completely helpful. I asked him to check over the condition of the car, he put me on hold for about 10 minitues. When he returned he informed me that the only thing he found wrong was a small ding in the grill. He immediately offered to replace the grille without being asked. From there he was extremely helpful with the whole deal and even stayed late on Friday night when we were delayed getting there. The TT is now in my driveway and I'm very satisfied. Oh and by the way... their price was better also! More
After 6 hours of I dont know what I got my wife's 2008 A4. I signed all the papers,did all they asked then it was a problem for the salesman to put the temp registration on the windshield. I was going to do it myself.None of the cars options were explained to me(HOW TO OPERATE IT.) I left not to happy with my purchase.Two weeks later they call me to say they used the wrong finance papers.They would FedEX the papaers to me and I was to immediatly send them back. After speaking with the sales manager to complain about their unprofesionalism and to tell him my exerience was less than great and that I had purchased over 20 new cars and his dealer was the absolute worst he reminded me that I did not purchase a new car but a used one. Iwould not recomend this dealer to any one! More

Got the run around about a purchase of an S5 Cabriolet. First they had it, then they didn't. They wanted 2000 dollars over sticker as they were trying to get me in a bidding war with other customers. Different salespeople kept calling me as if the salepeople were fighting with themselves to make the deal with me. I feel they are very deceptive in the way they handle their business. Would never purchase a vehicle there. I wound up purchasing two vehicles from Anchor Audi in Lynbrook, New York. An S5 Cabrio and a Q5 SUV. Atlantics loss was Anchor Audi's gain More
The dealer ship was fine. The guy in service, Alex was nasty and should be fired. Customer services is key to a dealer ship success.
