The worst Website:dealer I've ever seen. It took me 25 minutes to try to get a hold of somebody here. The car says it's at a different store when I click location. When I click the phone icon o on the top of the webpage your three choices, Hyundai Toyota or Genesis I click Hyundai I get Cocky Salesman who tells me at the wrong store. I said your car is listed on this website. He says I said, but it's showing us at Babylon. He goes. Babylon called the wrong. It's on their webpage the phone number that I'm calling is attached to the listing and I'm calling to the wrong dealership!! then you decide to contact us. It gives me a form only no phone number no address nothing just I filled the format four times. It will not send or process. I'm so frustrated and then I realized that the price includes a $2000 down payment, which was not disclosed with the price is disclosed the bottom of the webpage along with it disclosure that I have to buy the car the same day and do their financing in order to get that price and there's a $700 fee on top of that. Let me tell you something this is the worst Mickey Mouse pricing I've ever seen. Is 2026. We don't do things that way anymore. You have to be transparent. This is why the car's age. This is why they're not selling cars. You can't even get to somebody on the phone to ask you about the car the car doesn't match anything the phone numbers don't work what is going on? Do not waste your time. I wasted 40 minutes of my time and I have not gotten one answer for anything, except the fact of the crooks And incompetent that they can't even manage their website properly. Their Dealer group how do you know somebody managing it? Unbelievable wow wow wow everybody should get fired and their website providers to get fired. How do you have a phone number attached to a car listing and then you only give me three choices to pick is a used car it's not a Hyundai. It's a Toyota and if your sales rep tells me that I'm called the wrong store, but that phone number isn't attached to it. Unbelievable. I can't imagine these people selling cars. Good luck to you.
