Absolute worst experience ever. Car taken in for a Absolute worst experience ever. Car taken in for a simple oil change. Arrive 5 minutes before our appointment. Told it will be a few hours before we can be seen due to a Christmas party. We leave. It took 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone. Hit 0 for operator and you get voicemail Hit 1 for sales you get a guy in Cherry Hill Hit 2 for Service. Put on hold immediately. Hit 3 for parts. They answer but will do nothing but transfer you back to voicemail. After being on hold for 25 yes 25 minutes I get a manager. Talks us into returning. HUGE MISTAKE. Told the car needs a software update. Not told how long that will take. Our 1PM appointment ends at 4:45. They admit to not telling us the software update will take more than an hour and a half. That's AFTER the oil change. They knew it would be at least an hour but failed to inform us. A software update that was not needed at that moment. Now we have missed 2 other appointments. And will be late for a 3rd. All because of the complete lack of competent communication between staff and a customer. Go there if you enjoy being treated as if your time isn't nearly as valuable as theirs. More

Just recently bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Vroom and went in for a service. I was hearing a whistling noise coming from the engine bay so being that it was a newer nice car I thought I br from Vroom and went in for a service. I was hearing a whistling noise coming from the engine bay so being that it was a newer nice car I thought I bring it in to the dealership to be serviced l. The first day I dropped it off the service rep at the front desk jokingly said "it's gonna be about five days!". Six hours later I get a call saying the noise miraculously disappeared and there's no fault ,I had to drive to the dealership myself start the car and verify the fault for these boys in person. Not jokingly it took about five days for them to verify it was the water pump ,order it, and install it. I remained patient and didn't blow there lines up the whole time I was getting serviced. So I finally pick the car up thankfully the service was covered under my 5,000 mile warranty. Now I can't be 100% positive but this is my review and my opinion but about 4 days later my dash lights up like a Christmas tree for traction control and brake fluid low but my fluid is fine ,and I remember that they worked on a recall (brake boosters) while the car was being serviced. So I make another appointment and I'm told it's a brake fluid sensor ,and it's conveniently not covered under my warranty ,so I shell out the 145$ for the diagnostic and pick my car up before they decide they what else should go faulty on my vehicle. Don't trust these people they smile in your face but will have you running laps back into the service center with your vehicle, I guess they didn't like a black man coming and breaking down barney style where the fault on my vehicle was I speculate they don't make full commission on vehicle services covered by service warranties so they like to play dirty. More

You could really do a better job of keeping customers informed….car was there for six days…that’s all right, waiting for parts…but texts, emails as to status would be appreciated.. took my other car, Ni informed….car was there for six days…that’s all right, waiting for parts…but texts, emails as to status would be appreciated.. took my other car, Nissan Rogue, to Walmart for an oil change …received texts when in shop and completed … Nice!! Also, not sure why I was told that my VW needed new front wipers…I just replaced them two months ago with premium BOSCH wipers …. If I wasn’t paying attention that would be another $40-50 on my bill!!! Maybe a quick vacuum, wash down would be appreciated too….this is my fourth VW vehicle from this dealership, car was dusty inside. More

Excellent interpersonal communication. Friendly helpful service staff is always moving quickly with smiles and enthusiasm. Out in the shop, you could use more mechanics.
