Folks were very pleasant but, this was a return visit as the problem wasn't corrected the first time. I was also given bad info on this visit and had to finish the correction myself the next day. You guys a the problem wasn't corrected the first time. I was also given bad info on this visit and had to finish the correction myself the next day. You guys and Uconnect really need to communicate better so your custmers aren't given bad info and an incomplete fix. Cost me $100 for half a fix. My cell# is 609-703-8154. More
