Unhappy with service Never call with updates about car. Was supposed to get the part for my car today and fix it today. I left my car there for a week so it would be the Never call with updates about car. Was supposed to get the part for my car today and fix it today. I left my car there for a week so it would be there when the part came in. I never heard from anyone all day. I called and was left on hold for over 15 minutes only to find out that the part supposedly did not come in and they are hoping it comes in tomorrow. I am unable to pick up my car tomorrow so I am inconvenienced again - that is if they even get the part and fix the car tomorrow. This is not the first time that this has happened. I feel like the service department never calls with updates. More
