I brought my Wrangler in for a warranty repair. Service writers were pleasant. I left and went to get gasoline. Gasoline spilled out all over my vehicle. I had to take vehicle back where it was determined writers were pleasant. I left and went to get gasoline. Gasoline spilled out all over my vehicle. I had to take vehicle back where it was determined the part was “installed backwards.” The technician error cost me two hours of my day. At least an oil change could have been offered. I would expect a higher level of expertise, and future repairs are clouded under this experience. More
