We scheduled an appointment to handle an old recall on our minivan. When we took the vehicle to the dealership the first time, the parts had not been ordered and we’re not in stock so we had to take the v our minivan. When we took the vehicle to the dealership the first time, the parts had not been ordered and we’re not in stock so we had to take the vehicle home and schedule a second appointment. Then the parts were ordered and delivered to the dealership but no one called us to reschedule the appointment so the parts were sent back to Chrysler. Then we finally did make the appointment and had the recall taken care of but we were not given back the proper keys so we had to go to the dealership yet again. To really put the icing on the cake, after we finally did get the recall taken care of, we were given a list of “recommended services“ which totaled up to nearly $3000. $3000 of recommended services on a 2008 minivan with 150,000 miles on it. I do not recommend this dealership because their service department is a nightmare, and was a nightmare 20 years ago when I had a Chrysler previously. If you have to go with a Chrysler, I would recommend a different dealership for their service department. To be fair, the service advisor I worked with was friendly and polite, but the overall experience with this dealership would make me not want to go back. More
