Prices for service seem a little inflated! They offered to install a battery for $400. I made an appointment and when I got there, they said they couldn't look at my car and that they would make me another to install a battery for $400. I am highly disappointed that your company actually did not find the problem with my car. I was told that it was the car battery and replaced it with a new one, all together, I was charged $450 plus by you not find the problem with my car. Secondly, the problem reoccurred a week later and I have to go online to find the solution myself. I came to realized that the problem was just the car key battery which is under $4, i change the battery and the problem was solved. I thought that being the dealer, you will be able to diagnose and fix the problem but I was wrong, your techs could not figure out ordinary key battery that is almost dead. More
