It took them a month to get the part in my car fixed. Each time I brought it there it sat for at least 2 days. Made an appointment for the next week and it took them a week to have it ready for me to pick it up. Luckily the part was covered under my extended warranty so I only had to pay $100 to get it fixed, otherwise I would have literally taken it ANYWHERE else in the world to have it fixed. I understand sometimes things take a little longer and sometimes an extra day is necessary, and I know things are a little harder due to COVID but a month to get something fixed is insane to me. Doesn't help that they don't ever reach out to you and I had to follow up each time, multiple times, to get any kind of answer as to what was going on with everything. If I never have to take my car back here again, it will be too soon. More

I’ve not had great experiences here in the past. I recently purchased a Gladiator from the Turnersville dealership because I didn’t want to deal with Atlantic again. The Gladiatior deal came with free recently purchased a Gladiator from the Turnersville dealership because I didn’t want to deal with Atlantic again. The Gladiatior deal came with free oil changes and tire rotations at any dealership. The Jeep was due for an oil change and I didn’t have the time to drive an hr to Turnersville, so I reluctantly made an appointment at Atlantic this past Saturday for 11am. Drop the Jeep off at 11am and sat in their lobby for an hr. I looked out at the lot and the Jeep was in the same parking space. My gut feeling was it wasn’t touched yet. I go to the desk and said I was ready to pick my Jeep up. The man states the Jeep hasn't gone on the lift yet. I then said I had an appointment at 11a, it’s now noon. Demanded my key back and told him I don’t want the services done. He pleads with me and promises it’ll be done in 30mins, tops. I agree and let them do the job. One hour and 15 mins later the Jeep comes out. Total of 2 hrs 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation WITH an appointment. Sad.... More
