Ironically, the 2021 Black Mazda Cx-5 with under 30k miles, is still on their website as available [but the car I left with isn't]. I spoke with Carlos via text earlier in the week to confirm the car and the appointment and I spoke with Aleks (sp) on the phone the day before the appointment, the morning of the appointment, and 5 minutes before I pulled into the lot. Up until that point, the car I wanted, was there. Honestly, if I wasn't on such a time crunch with needing a new vehicle and hadn't driven an hour to get there, I would've turned around. Seems like they're using that car to bait customers in the door and then telling them that it's not available. Just a heads-up for those looking to purchase from there. Make them send you a time-stamped picture of the vehicle so you're not wasting your time driving there. More

This place is horrible from start to finish. Purchased a car here and the only thing they are good at is wasting your time. Worst service I have ever had from any kind of car dealership. First time I went, I made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. When I got there they could not find the key. They were not remorseful at all about wasting my time. Just asked me when I could come back again. Same stuff like this occurred throughout the whole process. Even if you straight tell them you want to buy the vehicle and to just start the paperwork, they still play games and waste your time. They also kept changing the price in the paperwork even though we had already agreed on a price. They kept trying to sneak stuff in and if you don't call them on it they will overcharge you. The was one person there that was helpful and actually seemed to care but the rest were worthless and had no interest in customer care. The one person that was helpful was Carlos Morales. He should be running that place, as everyone else there just didn't care or know what they were doing and are a bunch of liars and xx'ers. More

My local highway patrol confirm that in order to get the VIN inspected, a title is needed. I bought the car on the 29th of May and as of right now, still nothing from the dealership. The only paperwork that they provided is the extended warranty that I bought. I had to call them several times just to get additional documents emailed. Yet, still no title. Have been calling at least a couple of times a day with no response. What kind of business are they running? It's getting frustrating that I can't even start the process of registering my car. Also, when buying from them, make sure that the car is not imported from Canada. There's a lot of negative factors that comes with it. Overall, this has been a horrific experience that I would not want anyone to go through. Please stay away from this dealership. More
