Uconnect Update Got an update in our Grand Cherokee about scheduling an update on the screen. Tried scheduling the update twice and it never worked. Very frustr Got an update in our Grand Cherokee about scheduling an update on the screen. Tried scheduling the update twice and it never worked. Very frustrated as many of the apps didn't work including the Nav. Called the local dealer here in St. Augustine as we were visiting family and scheduled an appointment. They were very accommodating and friendly and got the update installed in a few hours. There was no charge for this. The issues I had trying to schedule the update as directed by the Uconnect message center myself in the car are in my opinion, is potentially dangerous if the update doesn't work. More
