I was asked what did I go in for and upon explayning my situation, I was as arriving at service center I was greeted and taking care off right of way. I was given a loaner car and told they would inform me off what would happen next. the following day mr. justin shokly called and informed me the transmision was no good , and they would put in an order to have it replaced.
