Straight forward and easy to work with After a bad experience at the Dodge dealership in Jacksonville, I found exactly what I was looking for in St. Augustine at Atlantic. Mike reached out After a bad experience at the Dodge dealership in Jacksonville, I found exactly what I was looking for in St. Augustine at Atlantic. Mike reached out to me after I asked about a couple cars on the internet. When I got there he had them both ready for me. He didn’t try to show me cars I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He made a fair deal and did everything he could to make sure I left happy. They are straight forward and no-frills. They won’t waste your time going back and forth either. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the service department was a little neglectful and did not check the tires as Mike asked them to do. Turns out I had a screw in my tire and had to spend Sunday getting it fixed (Mike offered to make it right, but I can’t get it done during the week). We will do business with them again for sure, and we will always ask for Mike! More

Let me say that I may not a young person and I have purchased over 50 cars in my lifetime. This was one of the best. The sales person, David Boyd, was very responsive, honest, and looked out for my benefit (a rare experience in auto purchasing). Post sale, the service has been also very good and easy to work with. I would definitely buy from these people again, except that I am enjoying my Jeep Renegade so much I think it will be awhile. More

Purchased new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 3.2L Smaller dealership with only two options for the model my wife wanted. My wife test drove the vehicle and liked it. The Jeep is to replace her Merce Smaller dealership with only two options for the model my wife wanted. My wife test drove the vehicle and liked it. The Jeep is to replace her Mercedes-Benz van. The trade-in offer was less than I wanted, but fair in my opinion. Dealers need to make money somewhere. I worked all night, came home and got two hours sleep, took the trade-in for appraisal, agreed on a deal and was out in about 2.5 hours all told. I must mention that my original salesman wasn’t there when I arrived, however another salesman named Mike Elkin took on the task and worked through the whole process in the absence of my internet salesman. I am grateful to him because I was on call for work again and needed to be on my way home by noon. Atlantic DCJR was a pleasant experience. I will recommend them to friends and family. More
