By far the second easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The time before this was at a dodge dealer also. They were initially low on my trade in but when I told them what I needed they went right back and got me what I needed. No hidden fees or math you could not figure out. I must say everyone I came in contact with was outstanding. Not even the high pressure sales pitch from the finance department to take their financing or the pricey add on's. I would highly recommend this dealer ship to anyone that just wants a fair and honest deal and no high pressure sale tactics. The pricing parameters (which include a doc fee) are very clear and specific. Atlantic was the ONLY dealer in metro Jacksonville that did not try to add a $399 to $799 dealer doc fee to the deal. Their finance person, Don Fowler, found me an excellent rate on a 60 month loan with absolutely no fuss. No pressure, no drama, no theatrics and no mystery math. Overall, this could not have been a better buying experience. I would highly recommend Atlantic to anyone in the market for a Chrysler product. It's well worth the drive to St. Augustine! More
