Don’t understand why the repair of the AC outlets is taking so long. They ordered the wrong part but was never notified when the part came in. Also, I was informed and charged for the replacement of a t taking so long. They ordered the wrong part but was never notified when the part came in. Also, I was informed and charged for the replacement of a thermostat. It was claimed that it was stuck open. I took it in for a yellow stationary check engine light. I had driven it 7 hours after the light went on as I had no choice. At no time did the engine overheat nor did the temperature gauge go above the halfway mark. More

Easy check in and out. Comfortable waiting area, clean restrooms. Since I wait for most service this is important and appreciated! Didn’t try to upsell… also appreciated.
