Brought my vehicle in for service because my air conditioner was not working when the vehicle got hot. Dropped it off. Everything was working perfectly. They were gonna keep the vehicle gave me a loaner car so they could diagnose the problem. Two hours later they said I needed a new compressor. I decided not to have the work done the next day I picked up the vehicle. The air conditioning did not work. Brought it to another shop to have them diagnose the problem and they determined there was no Freon in the air-conditioning system that the dealership had removed all the Freon and disconnected the compressor. More
