I've been a customer of this dealership since 2005. I bought my car new with the lifetime oil change. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that the dealership had cha I bought my car new with the lifetime oil change. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that the dealership had changed hands and that they would not honor the lifetime oil change contract after this visit. While they did not charge me for the tire rotation, I am still VERY disappointed in this turn of events. I suppose people like me that keep their car for 10+ years are rare and not good candidates for a lifetime program from a profit perspective. I will say that the team at the service counter was very friendly. However, I was left in the waiting area while my car had been done and ready for I don't know how long. I did not receive any notification that it was ready. That may be an area for possible improvement. As far as the service of the vehicle, I had taken my car to two other local mechanics for a burning smell on the front passenger side. One of which determined that the smell was oil dripping on the catalytic converter. He said he mopped up a lot of oil that had been spilled on the engine when the last oil change was done. So will I go back or find another service provider? I'll see how this visit worked out but I'd say the likelihood of returning is not good especially adding the 20 mile drive. More

Don’t understand why the repair of the AC outlets is taking so long. They ordered the wrong part but was never notified when the part came in. Also, I was informed and charged for the replacement of a t taking so long. They ordered the wrong part but was never notified when the part came in. Also, I was informed and charged for the replacement of a thermostat. It was claimed that it was stuck open. I took it in for a yellow stationary check engine light. I had driven it 7 hours after the light went on as I had no choice. At no time did the engine overheat nor did the temperature gauge go above the halfway mark. More
