I have never left a review before, that's how awful my experience was. Rudest customer service behaviors I have ever encountered. My service rep was the worst. Staff is very friendly and competent. Regarding the price, i had a water pump replaced, using a dealer provided pump, at half the price quoted by this dealership. I had also had a water leak "repaired" by this dealership and when the leak continued, i looked at it myself with a friend and thought it was a water pump. I had this dealership check my suspicions and confirmed that was the problem. When i first brought it in, i think the water pump would have been covered by warranty. Now that the warranty had expired, and I pointed out my suspicions, then they confirmed the problem. More

Jen greeted me quickly and courteously upon arrival for an oil change. She made sure the oil package I wanted was available. As I waited in the lobby, she reported a broken windshield fluid part that attac an oil change. She made sure the oil package I wanted was available.
