So, I waited all day for a warranty repair to be done. It would be better if expectations were managed. I only knew that the Jeep/Chrysler warranty letter said that the repair would take one hour. Yet, I It would be better if expectations were managed. I only knew that the Jeep/Chrysler warranty letter said that the repair would take one hour. Yet, I had to call at 4pm to see of my car was ready, when I'd dropped it at 10am. Managing expectations is an important aspect of any customer relations. Waylon is very kind and a pleasure to deal with, but had I known how long my repair would take,I could have planned my day accordingly. More

Mr Ashley the shuttle driver is a treasure. Battery was unbelievably expensive. But you know we were there and it needed doing. Car 2021 only has 8600 miles.
