Jeep went in for warranty work. This was the second time in, troubleshooting a wire harness issue. After they explained the issue and showed me the service bulletin I understood t This was the second time in, troubleshooting a wire harness issue. After they explained the issue and showed me the service bulletin I understood the issue. Folks at the service desk handled the issue kept me informed each step of the process. Ultimately the harness was replaced, technician did a great job pulling the dash apart and returning it back to its normal state. I highly recommend using this service department. More
Tried calling service department for 2 days to schedule appointment for routine maintenance and oil change and some problems with fluids, fob and etc. Finally, I got someone to answer and it was Coben. I explained my problems and was in the area across the street from the dealership. He told me that I did not need a appointment for the oil change and I ask if it was too late to come right over in the next 30 minutes. He said if I was there before 3:30 OK. I met Coben as soon as I arrived and what a wonderful experience it became. He listened to all my problems. Wrote up the necessary paperwork and kept up with me throughout the 1 1/2 (+or-) I waited the completion of the repair work. I am new to St Augustine and this visited was my second to the dealership. I have been a proud owner of 6 new jeep over my lifetime and hopefully in the next year I will be purchasing again. This visit it seems the whole service department was very friendly and knowledgeable it must be the change in ownership to Hannia. I also own a Chev Treverse from Hannia. My only complaint is that when the service department it so busy that they cannot answer the phone, it should ring back to the main line to take a message or tried to help the customer. More

The young guy at the service desk did a great job. Provided information as soon as he received it from the service technicians. Service technicians could have supported the service desk better. They provided additional items that could be repaired, this information was provided to the service desk at the end of the original service. I had already spend over 90min waiting. If the service tech had of notified the service desk promptly, I could have approved repairs to be complete at that time. Now I need to schedule another time to come in a have repairs conducted. More
A part was ordered for our Jeep at our first oil change appointment. We were never notified that the part came in and when we asked about it at our 2nd oil change appointment we were told it was on "back appointment. We waited for a call and again never received one so about a month later I called to check on the ordered part and shockingly it was there, we just weren't notified. I scheduled for the replacement part to be installed and was told that my husband would be given a rental car for the day, there was no car available and he had to wait at Enterprise for a vehicle to become available. I am not happy with the lack of communication and follow up received from the service dept. In our case, I don't believe our replacement part would have been done if we would not have been diligent and requesting updates. As far as the actual service of the replacement part and previous oil changes the mechanics have done a great job. More
