Need to wait 3 to 4 days for starter for my car is excessive. I can't drive car until starter is fixed. No loaner offered and not sure how to get transport back and forth to dealershipship. Charged 50 bucks for shop fees on a warranty covered service. Vehicle held for payment from warranty company for hours after the company had paid. They told us 100 then 150 then 100 and then 150 again. Our deductible is 100 and we have used it several times and never had.an extra blanket fee. We were told when we bought the warranty never pay more than 100 for a covered service. Had high hopes for the new ownership but the service is still crap. At least this time they didn’t leave extra parts in my vehicle for me to reinstall like the last two times. More
I have never left a review before, that's how awful my experience was. Rudest customer service behaviors I have ever encountered. My service rep was the worst.
