Had a few issues arise while jeep was serviced for its first check up. Jeep came in for an oil change and a recall was noted on computer. Recall took longer than expected and I was not updated during the first check up. Jeep came in for an oil change and a recall was noted on computer. Recall took longer than expected and I was not updated during the 3.5 hours there. I had asked to make sure windshield washer fluid was full and that the notice on my dash would not keep saying to add washer fluid and take in for an oil change. When completed, almost 4 hours, I asked if washer fluid was filled and that notice was removed from dash because I did not want to get a mile down the road and it starts pinging about washer fluid and oil change. I was guaranteed that all was taken care of. I paid, I left, and 1 mile down the road I had a notice for washer fluid and oil change come up. Quite upset, I turned around and went back. Told the service writer that nothing was done that I had asked about, there was no washer fluid and the notices came back up, I had to wonder what else was not taken care o while I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. Then while waiting for the service person to fill the washer fluid, I noticed grease, not oil or dirt, but grease down the side of my Jeep and in the door jam. I had just had it washed. Another person grabbed a towel and cleaned the grease off and then reset the dash info. I was not happy, I had always received great service at Atlantic Jeep, this was my first time with the new ownership, Hanania. I left after receiving several apologies. I got home and went to change clothes and seen grease down the backside of my white capris. This was not a good day at all. I had black neoprene seat covers on my front seats and did not notice the black grease when I got in at the dealership. Thank goodness for Oxyclean and seatcovers, otherwise my new front seat would have had black grease on it. The next day the dealership called to check up and make sure I had a good experience the day before. Apparently, no one said anything to anyone in customer service about my experience. I let the person know what had happened and she immediately jumped on the mission of making sure I was taken care of. I asked for a free oil change for next visit but was unable to receive an oil change. Instead, the manager allowed a full interior exterior detail whenever I wish to bring my Jeep back in. I hope that my experience brought some education into customer service within the service area, not where the service writers are, but out in the garage. If the technician does not do their job it is unfair that the writers get the brunt of complaints. I will be returning, I believe in 2nd chances. Thank you. More

The service and follow up was excellent. I have always had a positive experience. However, I am very disappointed about the sunshade/ sunroof design I had not been made aware of at purch I have always had a positive experience. However, I am very disappointed about the sunshade/ sunroof design I had not been made aware of at purchase time. The sunroof shade got stuck (due to no fault of mine) AND will cost about $2000 to fix because it was put in such a way as to necessitate hours of labor to replace a $200 part!?!?! That is a MAJOR design flaw and should NOT be the owner's responsibility to compensate for lack of foresight on the designer's part. More
