Service Advisor Jen is excellent! I was surprised to be charged almost $17 for “shop supplies” on the final invoice though! Overall, being charged over $100 for a full synthetic oil change is still way too expensive versus other CDJR dealers in the area. I found out I can get TWO full synthetic oil changes at another local CDJR dealership for $130. I have been loyal to Atlantic CDJR (now Hanania) to this point, but I will now go to the other CDJR dealership going forward. More
I went to the dealership for service on my Vans AC, I was told they would put dye in the system. Went back a few weeks later, was told there were not leaks, and they charged up my AC. A couple of days later told they would put dye in the system. Went back a few weeks later, was told there were not leaks, and they charged up my AC. A couple of days later AC stopped working again. Took it back I was told the dye had washed away? I had already had it charged prior to that, I was then recommended to pay for a rear evaporator at $2300 then have it charged and retested. More
So, I waited all day for a warranty repair to be done. It would be better if expectations were managed. I only knew that the Jeep/Chrysler warranty letter said that the repair would take one hour. Yet, I had to call at 4pm to see of my car was ready, when I'd dropped it at 10am. Managing expectations is an important aspect of any customer relations. Waylon is very kind and a pleasure to deal with, but had I known how long my repair would take,I could have planned my day accordingly. More
