Great experience. My consultant (Kendra) and mechanic (Tim) were both friendly and professional. Bought 2 $85k 2500 Rams 6 months apart and had recalls on the 2nd one. Made and appointment and was promised a loaner to drive. Showed up and was told no loaners available and i would have to wait for the re the 2nd one. Made and appointment and was promised a loaner to drive.
