I took the car for a problem and the told me in the phone what was going to cost me I say yes I was at work and could really hear what was the problem they find I say yes because if it was a problem I wanted to be fix no matter what when I when to pick up the car I realized they just change what I just finished fixing in another dealer for the original part meaning they fix something that was already fix just because it was not the original part if they would it told me that in the phone I would it say no , so they left the real problem alone and that cost me 2800 now the car have a noice ever since I got it back More

My car needed service because I had a breakdown on the side of the highway during the Holiday week. I called the dealership and explained the situation to them. It was at the end of the day during the hol side of the highway during the Holiday week. I called the dealership and explained the situation to them. It was at the end of the day during the holiday . They arranged towing and I was brought to the dealership within 30 minutes. My truck was checked in and I had no ride home. The dealership has a shuttle but it was already finished for the day. Ordinarily that could be a problem. Not at this dealership. The General Manager took time out of his day to drive me home. Unbeleivable! Anthony Danninger is the GM. This dealership is different.
