I arrived at a very busy service counter and wondered how long we would be stuck there! There service guy was professional and said they would get to it quickly. About 30 minutes later the van was ready and we were on our way! The cashier was very nice and everyone we came in contact with was awesome. Uconnect Update Got an update in our Grand Cherokee about scheduling an update on the screen. Tried scheduling the update twice and it never worked. Very frustrated as many of the apps didn't work including the Nav. Called the local dealer here in St. Augustine as we were visiting family and scheduled an appointment. They were very accommodating and friendly and got the update installed in a few hours. There was no charge for this. The issues I had trying to schedule the update as directed by the Uconnect message center myself in the car are in my opinion, is potentially dangerous if the update doesn't work. More
