The individual who made the appointment was courteous and helpful. Her explanation of the procedure was clear and accurate. The service representative Bernie Ocasio was excellent, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. I had no concerns while waiting for the car during Covid-19 because the room was clean, neat and seating had been arranged to ensure social distancing. The car was ready within the estimated time and the work done impeccable. I cannot thank them enough. More
