The individual who made the appointment was courteous and helpful. Her explanation of the procedure was clear and accurate. The service representative Bernie Ocasio was excellent, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. I had no concerns while waiting for the car during Covid-19 because the room was clean, neat and seating had been arranged to ensure social distancing. The car was ready within the estimated time and the work done impeccable. I cannot thank them enough. More

Horrible, and that's putting I mildly...i had a 10:30 apt for an oil change ...2 hrs 45 min for an oil change.that I was told was going to be 30 min so I let my ride leave and I waited. And waited and waited for an oil change ...2 hrs 45 min for an oil change.that I was told was going to be 30 min so I let my ride leave and I waited. And waited and waited ... I spoke to several service advisers asking what the issue was and I was told several times it's Bri,g worked on then I was told it was finally finished but it was blocked in by cars being inspected. Finally when I got the car I asked to speak to the service mgr and was told he was not available .i called Mr Marino when I arrived home and left a message for a call back it's 48 hours later a,d still no call back ....this service center is a disaster and when my lease is up I will return the car a,nd never purchase another honda as lon,g as I'm driving and I will pass the word along to my family and friends More
