We leased the car at Atlantic Honda. It’s been in service twice already. We dealt with Chris Marino. Always receive great service. Waiting area was clean and had plenty of sanitizer stations. Also made sure everyone had on face mask which made me feel safe while waiting. Service department was awful. Had an 11:30 appointment for a NYS inspection and my vehicle was not ready until 2:45. After 2 hours I spoke to my Service Rep to get a time when my vehicle might be ready for a NYS inspection and my vehicle was not ready until 2:45. After 2 hours I spoke to my Service Rep to get a time when my vehicle might be ready and she never came back to me with a response. I had to approach her again. Poorly run department. More

Excellent Service, I was in and out in just a little over an hour. No more leaving my car for the day then having to get a ride back. They get to work on your car right away from the moment you pull up. Bath an hour. No more leaving my car for the day then having to get a ride back.
