It took 2 hours and 15 mins for an oil change. I was told that it would take about 1 hour. After 1 1/2 hours I went to ask how it was going and the answer was it would be soon. Then I saw my vehicle finally that it would take about 1 hour. After 1 1/2 hours I went to ask how it was going and the answer was it would be soon. Then I saw my vehicle finally being taken in for an oil change. After another 45 mins it was done. I don’t plan on using Honda for service again. More

I brought the car in for recall/updates. I was immediately greeted by both the gentleman at the car check-in and then at the desk.
