I was pleased with the service representative Alex he did an amazing job he always take very great care of my us whenever we come there. After my wife dropped off the car due to tire pressure which she was j an amazing job he always take very great care of my us whenever we come there. After my wife dropped off the car due to tire pressure which she was just there on 3/3/2020 the light came back on a 2 weeks later service discovered a nail was in tire driver rear. Also advising her of the alignment being off. Upon my arrival to pick up the car that same morning after the 730 drop off. I Wasn’t to thrilled to find out I had to pay $170. I was advised we were not within our warranty. If she would have been advised maybe we could have weighed our options during these trying times. I don’t know if we can be compensated and if so would be great. But I thank the service team for the speedy excellent service one again. More

Not in all my years of dealing with car dealerships did I ever feel as special as the agent made me feel in regard to what my last agent had to say about me as a customer. My last two visits with this Honda ever feel as special as the agent made me feel in regard to what my last agent had to say about me as a customer. My last two visits with this Honda service department is the reason I return. We all know we can service our vehicles anywhere we choose, but what we all should remember is perception is most important on both sides. I don’t remember what type a day I was having living in these troubled Times, but what I do know is how he made me feel, and that would be a better. More
The service rep was disingenuous when he stated that a complementary car wash was unavailable for my car because the car wash was “closed.” However, after service was done on my vehicle (Oil Change and Wh complementary car wash was unavailable for my car because the car wash was “closed.” However, after service was done on my vehicle (Oil Change and Wheel Alignment) and I was about to leave the dealer. I noticed two different cars in line to be washed. Is ok if complimentary car wash are not offered, but at least removed that from your website because it is misleading to the public. Therefore, for routine oil change in the future, I intend to take my vehicles to the local car wash, that genuinely offers complementary car wash with ANY car service done. Besides what I mentioned above, I am satisfied with the service work done on my vehicle, but I wish the technician would had taken a few seconds to reset the “Maintenance Required” signal in the dashboard. I have used this Honda dealership as the primary place to have my car serviced since I moved to Long Island. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this dealer since that time, and I will not be returning have my car serviced since I moved to Long Island. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this dealer since that time, and I will not be returning. Despite making an appointment for each visit, I routinely sit in the waiting room for over an hour before a mechanic even begins to service the car (this includes simple service appointments like oil changes, even on low volume days). After waiting for over an hour, a member of the staff regularly attempts to upsell customers on unnecessary service that was already peddled at the beginning of the appointment, adding to the time wasted at the appointment. On my two most recent visits, the dealership made mistakes during service that negatively impacted my car and cost me additional money in repairs. On one occasion, the cap that leads to the car's transmission fluid was left unfastened, allowing debris to enter the transmission fluid while driving. Conveniently, replacing the transmission fluid is one of the high-cost uneccesary service suggestions that is pushed on customers at this location. On a different visit, I was informed that the wheel lock for my tires was no longer in the vehicle. I was told I would have to have the locks stripped and replaced, which the technician told me could take a significant amount of time (they charge by the half hour for service). Notably, during my prior visit a technician had asked for my wheel locks, which I had assumed were put back in the car after my visit. The dealership refused to take responsibility for either of this mistakes (despite the fact that the car has only be serviced at this location in the last year) and the technicians become immediately defensive at the idea they may have made a mistake. The only compensation offered for either issue was an extremely small reduction on the price to change the transmission fluid or replace the wheel locks, which was only offered after a great deal of back and forth with the manager or technician handling the service. I have had my car services at Honda dealerships in two other states, and I have never had any issues with the service. This dealership is among the worst places I've ever brought my car to—the only consistency is that the dealer will try and cost me more money each visit. I will not return to service my car here.
