If I could I would give 0 stars. Had an 8:45 appointment (arrived at 8:30), checked in and got my friendly "please text us with any questions" text. They said my car would be ready no later than 11 which I (arrived at 8:30), checked in and got my friendly "please text us with any questions" text. They said my car would be ready no later than 11 which I thought was a bit ridiculous to begin with for an oil change but whatever. I text them at their request at 11 asking when my car would be ready... no response, text again at 12... no response. Call at 1pm "oh your car has been n ready mam". Are you kidding me? Why didn't I get a phone call? Her response was "we are busy talk to a manager when you get here if you are unhappy". I will not be going here for a $54 4 hour oil change again. More

I bought a 2020 civic si it's 8 weeks oldold and has 2500 miles on It. They denied the Repair on a 5 year 60000 power train warranty before they even saw the car. I’m being very patient it’s now 1pm and I’m wondering why car isn’t ready all I was getting was an oil change mind u I’m sitting in plane sight Nicolas walked by several times he called out other customers for their cars.. if I didn’t get up and ask about my car he would have never asked me why I was still there.. he had handed my paperwork off to someone else and they didn’t bother calling me and explaining me about my car.. customers service was horrible today.. and I guess because I wasn’t spending money he told me the car wash was closed for the winter. But in the 3 hours sitting by the window I saw 10 plus cars get washed I will never recommend asking Nicholas For help.. More
