Staff were great. I had a 10:45 appt but the car didn't start being seen till 12:45. Staff helped me by leaving the car in the parking lot in the evening so I could pick it up. It's quite good in general. I was thinking of changing brake pads on all tyres but they advised to change the front brakes only. According to my "secret" observation, they didn't work on car until one hour after I arrived. I was in the dealership for 3 hours or so before the works were all done. ( This was for oil change, front brakes and battery. ) More

My experience at Atlanta Honda’s Service Dept. was absolutely terrible. They estimated the work would take 1.5 hrs while I waited and it took 4 hrs to do basic maintenance.
