Great Sales Team, AWFUL Service Dept This is my second car purchased from Joey. With my first car I went for an oil change and it took an exorbitant amount of time and I promised myself This is my second car purchased from Joey. With my first car I went for an oil change and it took an exorbitant amount of time and I promised myself I would not go back. With my new car I figured I would get an oil change as it was free and I needed a service recall. I scheduled this for Friday morning. I arrived and was informed that the parts were not available for the recalls so they could not do the service. I was not given a courtesy call or given an option to reschedule the service. I decided to stay for the oil change since I was still there. TWO hours later I pulled my own car off the car wash line because my car still wasn’t finished. Two hours for an oil change is highly unacceptable. On top of this, I went to speak to my advisor Mark (who was wonderful), and another advisor Dave S, was cursing and yelling about another employee without any care. He was lucky I was not with my children at the time - he should really learn how to watch his mouth in such an open space with customers and families. I will never bring my car here for service again. More

Great service experience! My car stopped working on the highway on a Saturday afternoon. I had the tow truck set up with Roadside Assistance take my car to Atlantic Honda becau My car stopped working on the highway on a Saturday afternoon. I had the tow truck set up with Roadside Assistance take my car to Atlantic Honda because it was the closest. While taking care of the tow truck, my daughter went onto the service center to help. By the time I got there, Kris Hernandez had my basic info and immediately took care of me and getting my car processed quickly. I let her know I needed a car to get to work and she immediately set up a courtesy car. I left the center within a half hour knowing my car and I were well taken care of. My car was fixed by Wednesday with a new PCM. Thank you Atlantic. More

Issue not resolved I am the owner to a 2016 Honda Civic. Suddenly, the AC stopped working. I took the car to the Bay Shore dealer; where I originally purchased the car. I am the owner to a 2016 Honda Civic. Suddenly, the AC stopped working. I took the car to the Bay Shore dealer; where I originally purchased the car. I was told that it could not be fixed because I no longer was covered under warranty. I called Honda and they explained to me that the warranty was active until 60,000. My car currently has 43,000 miles. I was also incorrectly charged at the dealer for labor rate. More
