Honda Care doesn't take customer into account New Ridgeline with dash rattle is not acceptable. Service rep advised rattle was diagnosed and remedied and sent me on my way. Picked up the truck nea New Ridgeline with dash rattle is not acceptable. Service rep advised rattle was diagnosed and remedied and sent me on my way. Picked up the truck near closing and driving home still experienced dash rattle. Honda fit and finish is not what it used to be. Dave, the service advisor, was not cognizant to the fact that a new car shouldn't rattle from the dashboard. More
