I enjoy the text updates they send as the car is going through service, and while I was only sitting inside the waiting area, it's extremely helpful to those that drop off their car and then go out to do errands, so there's no guesswork as to when the car is done. Disappointing. Got an oil change, the plate cover that was under the car was not properly reattached. It dropped and got crumbled up while driving. Service With. A 😃 Believe it or not it's always a pleasure bringing in my CRV for service. The entire staff is service oriented, courteous, and efficient. I don't feel I'm being taken advantage of, quite unusual for a dealership. Finally, the car is cleaner when it's ready then when I bring it in because of the car wash.
