First oil change Had my first servicing of my new Odyssey. I was told 1 1/2 hours if I waited and wouldn’t you know I was done in 1 1/2 hours. He greeted me with a smile and engaged me with genuine sincerity. He listened to what I requested then recommended additional services that were not only needed but necessary. Alex committed to a time frame then followed up to ensure my expectations were met. He is by far the best advisor that I have encountered at your location and furthermore the reason I would want to return again . In addition , all of the associates that I encountered made for an amazing experience. If I knew them each by name I’d call them out for a shout out as well. Equally as impressive of all moments was Rick Alessi the General Manager who made it a point to walk the service area and greet and engage both his people and patrons with a smile while ensuring all of his standards and expectations were met or exceeded on that day. I give the total experience 12 stars on a scale of 5. If Excellence is what you are looking for this team has found it. More
