Recall Update and Oil Change I set up an appointment for a oil change. Waiting for my appointment to arrive I was informed that there was a recall update needed for my 2017 Honda I set up an appointment for a oil change. Waiting for my appointment to arrive I was informed that there was a recall update needed for my 2017 Honda CR-V. After a representative wrote me up for the oil change I forgot about the recall update. I Brong it to the attention of the representative that wrote up the paperwork for my oriole change and he assured me that he already had taken care of and included the recall update. I was happy to hear that he did that without me having to say anything. This dealership is has always done right by me and I cannot think of any negatives. More

Once I went to pick up my car David spoke to me about the things I should look out for! However, unfortunately a couple of things of concern....I got in my car and one of my mats went missing, then I checked the oil and my oil was still at 30%, I thought mhmm maybe they forgot to reset it, which happens and I’m okay with that. But I check the service sticker and they changed the date of my next oil change but not the mileage, I went to check my dipstick and the oil was black. I checked the receipt and I know I paid for it. So that was discouraging. More

Poor Customer Service Customer Service was less than favorable, Poor communication, No interest or concern for customer satisfaction until my patience level was surpassed. There was little interest in securing me a loaner car, they did not give me a status until i called several times 3 days later, and they said my car would most likely take a while to be repaired because it was a big job. So, I filled the loaner car tank with the understanding it would take a week or longer and then and two days later i get a call that car is ready. Although, i was happy about it, but disappointed i just spend $30 on fuel for loaner and I was told they couldn't do anything about it. I mean not even a voucher for a free oil change? Just could do without the attitudes and lack of concern for overall customer satisfaction. More

Great Staff Experience Nicholas, the Honda Service Representative, was very knowledgeable about what my vehicle based upon the vehicles history and normal wear and tear. Kno Nicholas, the Honda Service Representative, was very knowledgeable about what my vehicle based upon the vehicles history and normal wear and tear. Knowing that my car needed more work than usual this time, Nicholas arranged a loaner vehicle so that I wouldn't be stranded at the dealership and kept me inform about the progress of the repairs every step of the way. At the end of the repairs, I test drove my car and it felt brand new! Nicholas put my fears to rest knowing that Honda was in the business of quality and not deception. More
