In addition to taking care of the battery issue, they took care of a recall issue, updated software for the radio, topped off they fluids, and changed the oil, all at no charge , which was a very pleasant surprise at check- out. Nice people horrible service Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation (which i only got because the rep said she had a coupon. Suttle dropped myself and another customer Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation (which i only got because the rep said she had a coupon. Suttle dropped myself and another customer off at the mall. Received a call at 1215 that I would be picked up at 1230. At 1230 there was no shuttle to pick me and the other customer up. Called at 1240 and were told the driver was somewhere in the town running other errands. When I asked what town the receptionist said I don’t know. Called at 1pm the receptionist said he’s on the way these things happen. The other customer that was dropped off called at 115 and the driver came 5 min later. We asked the shuttle driver what took so long and he said they didn’t ask him to pick us up unil 10 min prior to his arrival. There were no managers to speak to anywhere when returning to the dealership. Rep called and told me I had a free oil change for the inconvenience . 10 min later my tire pressure sensor came on and i realized i was missing a cap to the air gauge on my tire. I put air in it and it didn’t go off. Unfortunately i have to go back this weekend to the same place . I’m sure they’ll cause another issue. NEVER AGAIN More
Very disappointed I signed up thru the internet and reported two issues. Only one was taken care of. Came in for an inspection I had a long wait because I did an inspection, oil change and other matters.. Dave was very helpful and friendly. Less than professional. I've had very good experiences in the past. Never had an issue with sales or service, most recently (based on my last service visit) service has gott I've had very good experiences in the past. Never had an issue with sales or service, most recently (based on my last service visit) service has gotten a somewhat unprofessional, nevertheless I like to believe one incident does not define the entirety.
