Trustworthy dealership I have the new Honda Insight 2019. I have not had a new car in over 30 years. When I first went in for my oil change I was very nervous. I was afraid I have the new Honda Insight 2019. I have not had a new car in over 30 years. When I first went in for my oil change I was very nervous. I was afraid that someone would tell me I needed to do so many things to my car and be pressured. Not at all. They checked everything, changed oil and told all good. Went back second time for oil change and again feared the same. The staff was kind. Came back and told me all I needed was oil change and all good. I feel confident now. I even asked about why the car does not have a spare tire in the trunk and was given a simple logical explanation. Even advised that if I had concerns they could be further discussed and I could get a donut tire or complete tire if it would make me feell safer. Going forward I am more relaxed and trust the service rendered will be what my car really requires. Being a single senior citizen female dealing with car issues is not easy. You guys all are helping me enjoy the new car experience and I thank you for that. More

Service I am a long term customer of Atlantic Honda having leased multiple vehicles and the vehicle I currently have I purchased I have bringing my cars for I am a long term customer of Atlantic Honda having leased multiple vehicles and the vehicle I currently have I purchased I have bringing my cars for service to this dealership On Thursday February 7 th I had a service appointment At 11 am I was there at 10:45 am for a inspection oil change and tire rotation I did not get my car until 1 pm which considering what was being done is not acceptable I noticed my car was completed and parked in the lot from 12:30 it was only when I approached the service advisor that I got my paperwork and keys In conclusion I will not be using this dealership for any future service and my wife’s car will not be back either More

Exellent Service Manager Liz I went to Atlantic Honda today an hour before the service closes and Service mgr. Why bother making an appointment This is the 4th or 5th time I've used this service department for basic oil changes. I don't know why I bother making an appointment. It always takes This is the 4th or 5th time I've used this service department for basic oil changes. I don't know why I bother making an appointment. It always takes at least 2 hours. Which is absolutely ridiculous!! Then after waiting forever for your car they always find something else magically wrong with it and try to push you into fixing it. Then when you politely decline they give you an attitude about. Well sorry maybe if you didn't take over 2 hours for an oil change I would have had you address the other issues you found. Not happy. More
