Oil Chnge and Tire Rotation I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and to get my sunroof recalibrated. When I got there at 10:58am I was told they were to busy to recalibrat I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and to get my sunroof recalibrated. When I got there at 10:58am I was told they were to busy to recalibrate the sunroof but they would grease the tracks. I also agreed to a tire rotation at that time. My vehicle didn’t get finished until about 2:44pm. I was stuck there for almost 3 hours. There is no reason for the services I got to take that long. More

If I could give zero stars I would have. Their service department is the worst service department in America! I've been there twice because it is conveniently located near my job. Both times Their service department is the worst service department in America! I've been there twice because it is conveniently located near my job. Both times they dropped the ball and I now wonder if the convenience is worth the aggravation. My 2 visits totaled 6.5 hours of wait time consisting of 2 oil changes, 1 state inspection and 1 recall. 1st visit they never notified me the car was ready and then tried to tell me they called me which was a flat out lie. I decided to give the place another shot and on the 2nd visit after waiting 3.5 hours they give the wrong keys and try to tell me they are mine. After a little back and forth the woman finally decided to believe that I know what my keys look like. Then proceeded to have me wait another 15 minutes. All in all I would have to say this service department is a joke. More
