None of the gauges were reset to 100 percent. While I was checked in promptly and out as promised within 3 hours I am disappointed that the oil gauge was not reset to 100 percent . Great service but inconsiderate neighbor My service experience is generally pleasant, but the dealership has ignored an ongoing noise complaint from me regarding their security system. Th My service experience is generally pleasant, but the dealership has ignored an ongoing noise complaint from me regarding their security system. The volume of the recorded message from your security system is too loud and disturbs my family's sleep every night. I live fairly close to the dealership and can hear the recording inside my house when the windows are closed. The recording plays multiple times per night, every night after closing until opening the next morning. I notified the general manager twice and he promised to address the issue, but the volume has not changed. I don't think it is too much to ask to turn the volume down to a level that does not disturb nearby residents. While I understand this is a measure to deter theft, it appears to be ineffective given the constant late night activity on your property. May I suggest you consider physical security (eg., a night watchman) to patrol the property along with the recording device but without the annoying announcement. More
