Went in for a recall & wheel alignment, my wheel wasn’t fixed, wasn’t told I needed Struts & Ball Joints and also a balled tire. I cannot drive my CRV and was overcharged. Great service advisors. Past year I have chosen David Schweitzer and also Alex Tinnirello who both listen and explain service on my vehicle in clear understanding way. My service advisor,David Schweitzer is not only conscientious,he is detail oriented and care for my vehicle like he will care for his. His approach is customer first. When you go to the service dept, you are ignored and you wait for someone to acknowledge you to get help. To have a nut put on my tire that was missing, I was told $75.00 and a 2 hour wait!!!
