I dropped my car off for an inspection. My car failed because of the tire. I was told the tire would cost $260. I said I would go somewhere else. The price changed to $170. They told me they would call me when my car was ready. I left and came back at 3:15. I waited for a call. It was 4:40 and the service department closes at 5pm, so I went to check on my car. They said it was ready. I looked at my bill and it was ready at 3:10pm. They never called me. I sat there and waited for over an hour and a half, and was never notified my car was ready. More

I go there just to get an oil change, nothing else. The last time they changed my wiper blades and flushed out transmission fluids without my permission. I think they mixed up my car with another. This week I tried again and was told they wouldn’t rotate my tires because my tires were old and rotted. My car is a 2019 and has 33 thousand miles. They wanted me to buy 4 new tires. I took to another place and they said tires are fine. I will never be back. More

Brought my car in for service and everyone was respectful, courteous and prompt. I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and was out by 9:00. Alex was great. He is always professional and friendly. Could not ask for a better customer rep. The service was great too. However I do have one complaint. The person receiving my car needs some sensitivity training. Not friendly nor professional. This is how it ended with him. "Leave the keys and step out of the car" When I stepped out of the car I thought I was going to be hand cuffed. In my opinion, I was not treated with respect. I did not say anything to him because he was going to drive my car to park it. Also, I did not drive away because I needed my car service that day. But in the future if I'm treated that way I'm just going to go to another dealer, like Honda City which is 5mins from me. Thank you. More
