Great customer service . Was very pleased with the staff that assisted me for my car service. Very courteous. I was made aware when car was ready and accommodations were made to pick up the vehicle. There's no point in making an appointment for service. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs before they even looked at my car! I finally drove away after being there for more than 5 hrs (and it was NOT a complicated s was there for 2 1/2 hrs before they even looked at my car! I finally drove away after being there for more than 5 hrs (and it was NOT a complicated service issue). Adding insult to injury, they did not do the "complimentary car wash." There was another customer there solely for oil change, and that took 5 hrs!!! Something's very wrong with their system. It's totally inefficient AND disrespectful to waste people's time. More
