Not happy at all with the service. I was supposed to get a complementary car wash but didn’t. Also the Tire pressure warning light turned on again as soon as I drove off the lot. Horrible service visit after leasing 3 vehicles previously and having them serviced here will not return. Felt I was scammed on inspection as stated I needed a replacement rear windshield and charg previously and having them serviced here will not return. Felt I was scammed on inspection as stated I needed a replacement rear windshield and charged me over $700 for all that was done I stated twice that car needed to be finished by 10 and did not get it back till after 10:30 over 3 hours later never offered a complimentary car wash, felt lied to by David Schweitzer, repair advisor and was an hour late to babysitting grandchildren causing my so. I made a reservation to get my car repaired. I was informed that my repair would take about an hour. Upon arriving to the shop. I was informed that my repair would take longer than expected. When I asked why, I was informed that there were a number of people ahead of me. I said that I had a reservation. I was then told that it was first come first serve. What’s the point of a reservation if it’s first come first serve? There were a number of people that just showed up and were ahead of me. A one hour repair turned into a 4 1/2 hour repair. More
Came fore oil change and tire rotation because I had a coupon. I had tire rotation done more than six months ago so it was time for one.
