Thieves as well as incompotent I went to this dealer to have my car checked after running over a traffic cone. The older man who checked me in was extremely slow and typed at a rat I went to this dealer to have my car checked after running over a traffic cone. The older man who checked me in was extremely slow and typed at a rate of about one word a minute. I asked about the ride I wanted to the commuter train and he said "the guy isn't in yet" and he wasn't sure when he'd be in, even though I had requested the ride when I booked the appointment on-line. He asked if I bought the vehicle at Atlantic Toyota. I said no. He then gave me a piece of paper to sign saying I agreed to pay $56.00 -- this is before the car was even looked at. I have never seen this at any other dealer I have been to and have never heard of such a thing. Usually they wait at least until some work is done before they take your money. I took my keys back and left there and will never go back. More

Moments later i was to be told it was sold Mind you i scheduled an appointment 2 days prior and they still did not inform me that the vehicle i was scheduled to look at sold. They sent me on a very disappointing experience. There is not many things more crushing than being on the verge of purchasing the perfect car only to have it ripped out from under you. I will NEVER shop at Atlantic Toyota and i will strongly discourage every single person i speak to from going here. I have never been more disgusted with dealership in my time driving. The one positive was that the salesperson Mike Prach was just as disappointed as me and was very easy going. Mike gets solid 5s the dealership gets 0s. More
Lies, lies, lies I called the dealership to inquire about the availability of a model/trim level I wanted to test-drive. Yes, it's available, the salesman said. He also said the dealership was open till 6--not 5, as I'd thought. Great. I arrived shortly after my call; the car I planned to test-drive wasn't available. Then another salesman said the dealership closed at 5, not 6. (??) I asked the guys at the sales desk about features of a different model. That evening, I double-checked their answer on Toyota's website. Wrong. Again. Three times, you're out. Can't trust a word these guys say. If this was my experience right out of the starting gate, why would I ever feel comfortable doing business with the dealership? More
Dismissive Asst Service Manager I went there to get my two flat tires replaced. I had a warranty I bought from Expressway Toyota who assured it would be honored at any Toyota dealer. Upon arrival the asst service manager was very dismissive as I tried to explain that I had a warranty. He insisted that the warranty would be honored there because I didn't buy the car from them. He said the payment would be a hassle for them. When I spoke to expressway they said they don't understand why he would honor the insurance.I will no go back there to get my car serviced nor purchase anything from them. It appeared he asst service manager was to occupied trying to eat his meatball sub for lunch. I went to Goodyear tire and they immediately took my care, replaced the tires, and shortly after got their payment. More

The car is in great shape and the sales agent, Zeke, was very straight-forward and low-pressure. He explained the term and process openly and was a gentleman the whole time. Everyone was also very friendly to my 17-year old son. After the sale I had a request that they honored, even though they could have reacted differently. To me that shows a high-level of integrity, which sadly, is not always the expectation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car. More

This was the primary reason we opted to go to Atlantic. Michael Prach was very pleasant, friendly and answered all of our questions. At no point did we feel like we were getting a sales pitch or any pressure to make decisions. All of the other staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus points for having spaces for children. More
