Yesterday, I was driving home from school in Brainerd, MN and thought I'd stop at Brandl GM in Aitkin and look at trucks. I have a 2015 SUV, which is great, but I've been entertaining the idea of getting so and thought I'd stop at Brandl GM in Aitkin and look at trucks. I have a 2015 SUV, which is great, but I've been entertaining the idea of getting something different for the winter for a couple of weeks now. I did just buy a house, and I am going to school again without any income other than my Army pension which means that my debt to income ratio isn't really appealing to banks at this time. I understood that going in there. Once in there, though, it was like they would not let me leave, even though I shared with them my discomfort, pacing back and forth. I made it VERY CLEAR...DO NOT DING MY CREDIT. They did...in two hours time, they managed to ding it 52 POINTS. I tried to stop them before they did any damage yesterday, but they promised me that even if they checked four banks for an approval, it would ding my credit like they checked only one bank..."a minimal ding at best." 52 POINTS. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? DO NOT GO TO BRANDL GM IN AITKIN, PLEASE. Thanks. More
