Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I recently had repair work done to the sun visors in my Ram Rebel. Apparently there is a very unsafe yet overly common design defect in a small plastic piece that allows the sun visors to fall from the ro Ram Rebel. Sadly, MOPAR will not issue a recall for this safety issue. Hope nobody dies before MOPAR wakes up and does what is right! Anyway, this dealership, specifically service tech Chris Lawson, handled my concerns professionally and swiftly. High marks for him and this dealership, NOT MOPAR. More
